She wears a lot of hats, even bandanas
Zoe Messinger is some sort of comedian, writer and foodaholic based in Los Angeles. She has a dry, witty sense of humor and is often told her comedy is clever and surprising. Think a complex wine you didn’t order. Everyone she comes across: friends, psychics, strangers, proclaims she’s an ‘old soul’. She agrees, mostly because she’s a sucker for psychics.
Zoe published a cookbook and comical memoir, ‘Foodie Two Shoes: 46 Taste Trips from a Traveling Teenager’, ran a food truck in Milan and has cooked in James Beard and Food & Wine award-winning restaurants. She has performed standup at various venues, including the Comedy Store, Hollywood Improv, Caroline’s on Broadway, Standup NY and the Paname in Paris. Currently, she’s completing her training with the Upright Citizens Brigade and cooking up something delicious. Like foie gras but richer.
Zoe is an east coast native and Cornell graduate. Her birthday is 4/20. She thought you should know. Also, writing in the 3rd person makes her feel like she’s writing an epitaph.
